On our newest ship, Celebrity Beyond, you’ll embark on a culinary journey like no other. Featuring 32 food and beverage venues, including eight specialty restaurants and an array of bars and lounges, every experience will excite your palate and leave you wanting more.
Our menus are crafted by Michelin-starred chef, Cornelius Gallagher, and are inspired by the amazing regions we visit around the world. Our Global Culinary Ambassador, world-renowned chef Daniel Boulud, also creates new, exclusive signature dishes for guests of Luminae, his signature restaurant Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud, and the Chef’s Table experience, there’s something to please every palate. Along with our top culinary talent on board who prepare the dishes fresh daily using locally sourced ingredients, you’ll enjoy the best dining experience at sea. Period.
Speciality Dining
We believe that fine dining on vacation is just as important as the places you’ll visit, and on a great vacation, those two things go hand-in-hand. And we take that philosophy even further on Celebrity Beyond by bringing back the mouth-watering specialty restaurants created for Celebrity Edge® and adding to the list an incredible new restaurant created by the world-renowned chef, Daniel Boulud.
Main Dining
We completely reimagined our already incredible main dining experience when we introduced Celebrity Edge®, and it’s only getting better on our third Edge Series ship, Celebrity Beyond℠. Once again, you can discover not one but four complimentary main restaurants, each with a distinctive design and signature dishes inspired by specific regions of the world. Now, you’ll find new menus and menu selections across our main restaurants.

Luminae at The Retreat features a unique new design by Kelly Hoppen, CBE that’s as boldly elegant as the cuisine served here. This private restaurant for guests of The Retreat has been moved to the front of the ship and now offers panoramic floor-to-ceiling views that equal those enjoyed from the Iconic Suites. Explore exclusive menus crafted by our Michelin-starred chef that you won’t find anywhere else on board, including signature dishes designed by legendary chef Daniel Boulud, our Global Culinary Ambassador.
Blu
Blu, the exclusive restaurant for AquaClass® guests, offers new clean cuisine menu options that are focused on a healthier lifestyle. These delicious dishes are perfectly complemented by an extensive list of sustainable, biodynamic wines. Pair all of that with stylish new décor and impeccable, personalized service, and you have the fresh and bold experience of Blu.

World Class Bar
Where fine drinking is as important as fine dining.
Stepping out for an unforgettable evening at sea? Set the mood with a cocktail that’s been elevated to fine art at the World Class Bar, a Celebrity favorite that’s making its Edge Series debut on Celebrity Beyond. Here, the ritual of making craft cocktails is just as exciting as drinking them. Using the freshest ingredients and the finest spirits, our expert mixologists aim to satisfy everyone from curious newcomers to connoisseurs alike.
The Sunset Bar
The open sea is one of the most rejuvenating places you can be, and we took full advantage of this in creating a redesigned, two-story Sunset Bar that’s nearly twice the size as before. The aft location offers amazing wake views, creating the perfect backdrop for the vision of designer to the stars Nate Berkus. That’s right—our Edge Series Design Ambassador, who needs no introduction, has stepped into the role of designer himself to imagine one of the most anticipated venues on Celebrity Beyond.
Café al Bacio
Sometimes it’s the simplest moments on a vacation that you treasure most, like starting your morning with a foamy latte and sweet treat as you stare at the sea and think about the wonderful day ahead. Whether you’re fueling up for your day ashore—or refueling for your evening aboard—the atmosphere of Café Al Bacio is always evolving, and so are the views outside and in the Grand Plaza below.
Mast Bar
If your day’s agenda is to swim, lounge, relax, and repeat, you’ll love the addition of our Mast Bar to the main pool area. A refreshing poolside cocktail is just steps away, so there’s no need to stray too far from your blissful, sun-splashed spot on deck. The airy, resort-like ambience of Kelly Hoppen’s design will only soothe you even more.
The Club
Whether you’re a morning person or night owl, this dynamic venue has something for everyone, from daytime activities like DJ classes and archery to evening productions that will entertain you long past your bedtime.
Craft Social Bar
Craft Social Bar will be the spot to be if you are looking for a fun, casual, relaxing atmosphere and a vast selection of craft beers served by a certified cicerone (beer sommelier), wines and cocktails .
The Retreat Lounge
Exclusive to guests of The Retreat, this warmly inviting lounge offers a fully stocked and expertly staffed bar, as well as gourmet bites and live entertainment.
Il Secondo Bacio
Located within Oceanview Café, Il Secondo Bacio offers specialty coffees and freshly squeezed juices to go along with your meal or enjoy on their own.
The Martini Bar
Located in the middle of all the action in the Grand Plaza, this is without a doubt the epicenter of the social scene on Beyond. Grab a seat at the circular bar underneath the glow of the newly designed LED chandelier, where you can meet new friends, catch up with old friends, and together be totally stunned by the gravity-defying skills of our flair bartenders.
