Payment & Cancellation Schedule

For reservations created on or after April 2nd, 2024

Deposit

For new bookings created on or after April 2nd, 2024, a non-refundable deposit will be payable which will vary depending on the duration of the cruise.

Deposit for Suite Category is 10% of the Cruise Fare + NCCF or the standard deposits as under, whichever is higher.

Final payment due date

Final Payment for new bookings created on or after April 2nd, 2024 is as per the below schedule.

Payment Terms

For reservations created on or before April 1st, 2024

All payments (Deposit and Final payment) should be made as per guidelines below:

A. Bookings made 75 days prior to the departure date:

• USD 100 per person for 5 nights sailing and below
• USD 165 per person for 6 nights to 14 nights sailing
• USD 500 per person for 15 nights sailing and above

Full and final payment is due 75 days prior to sailing.

(For holiday sailings final payment is due 105 days prior to sail date)

B. Bookings made within 75 days to the departure date:

Full and final payment is due to confirm the booking before the option expiry date.

C. Exceptions to the above:

• 15 Nights & Longer / Holiday sailings final payment is due 125 days prior to sail date
• For Galapagos Sailings final payment is due 160 days prior to sail date

Celebrity Cruises Ltd. do accept all major credit cards.

Non-Refundable Deposit Fare

Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) fare was introduced by the Celebrity Cruises Ltd. to provide the guests with the lowest available fare at the time of booking.

• FCC issued equals deposit paid minus USD 100 per person service fee
• FCC is non-transferable and valid for 12 months
• USD 100 service fee applies for ship or sail date change

Guaranteed Cabin (GTY)

• Cabin location is assigned anytime before embarkation
• No changes allowed after assignment
• Not recommended for guests with specific cabin preferences

Passport Validity and Visa Requirements

• Guest is responsible for all travel documents
• Passport must be valid for at least six months after trip completion
• Name on booking must match passport exactly
• No refunds for denied boarding due to improper documents

Travel Restriction

Celebrity Cruises Ltd. cannot accept bookings from residents of:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria

Guests may be accepted only upon providing two valid residency documents.

Price Inclusions & Exclusions

Prices include:

• Ship accommodations
• Ocean transportation
• Most meals onboard
• Most onboard entertainment

Prices does not include:

• Air transportation
• Prepaid gratuities
• Transfers
• Specialty dining
• Shore excursions and personal expenses
• Medical, spa, laundry, internet services
• Travel insurance

Onboard Service Charges (Gratuities)

• Applicable to guests of all ages
• 18% gratuity added to drinks and beauty treatments
• Mandatory prepayment for groups and promo sailings

Online Check-in

• Must be completed at least 3 days prior to sailing
• Failure requires pier check-in 2½ hours before sailing

Embarkation / Disembarkation

• Arrive at pier at least 2½ hours before sailing
• Allow 2½ hours for disembarkation

Dining

• Second seating subject to availability
• 24-hour room service available (charges apply except breakfast)
• Celebrity Select Dining allows flexible evening dining

Minor Age Policy

• Outside USA/Canada: minimum age 18
• USA/Canada sailings: minimum age 21
• Minors must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian

Infant Policy

• Minimum age 6 months for standard cruises
• 12 months required for long or consecutive sea-day cruises

Pregnancy Health Requirements

• Guests beyond 24 weeks pregnancy not permitted
• Fit-to-Travel medical certificate required

Alcohol Consumption

• Minimum age 18 or 21 based on sailing origin
• Two bottles of wine allowed per stateroom
• Alcohol purchased onboard stored until last day

Smoking Policy

• Smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas
• Smoking prohibited in staterooms and balconies
• Violation may incur cleaning fees or penalties
